About Me

I am a licensed counselor and registered drama therapist who brings a person-centered, compassionate, and creative approach to counseling. I strive to create a supportive space where you can explore the emotional impact of living with food allergies, including anxiety, fear, and uncertainty. My connection to this work is also personal. I am a food allergy parent, and I live with an autoimmune condition that requires careful food management. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the emotional demands that can accompany food-related health concerns. By combining professional training with lived experience, I offer counseling that is grounded in empathy, as well as a practical understanding of the challenges individuals and families may face while navigating food allergies.
