Jenna Tso, LCSW
Food allergies have been part of my story from the start—I was born with them. This lived experience deeply informs my practice as I support teens, adults, and parents on their own food allergy journeys. I offer a space where the unique emotional weight of this life is truly understood. Whether you're raising a child with allergies or navigating them yourself as an adult, I can help you process the anxiety, advocate with confidence, and reclaim a sense of calm and normalcy.

About Me
I believe that healing happens in relationship—both the relationship we have with ourselves and the one we build together in the therapy room.
I was born with anaphylactic food allergies, so I know what it means to grow up navigating a world that wasn’t designed with your safety in mind. I understand the hyper-vigilance, the fear of cross-contact, the social anxiety around food, and the weight of advocating for yourself when others don’t always “get it.” This lived experience deeply informs my work, but it’s my clinical training that gives us the tools to heal.
My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and yes—a little woo-woo. I blend traditional talk therapy (like CBT) with more expansive modalities that get to the roots. We might use Brainspotting to process trauma stored in the body or IFS-informed parts work to understand the protector parts that keep you vigilant and people-pleasing. I trust the wisdom of your nervous system and your intuition, and I’ll help you learn to trust it too.
Whether you’re a teen finding your voice, a parent raising a child with allergies, or an adult who realizes food allergy anxiety has quietly taken up too much space—I offer a space where you can exhale. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s work together to build resilience, reclaim calm, and help you feel at home in your body and your life.
If your insurance is not listed, I also offer private-pay and sliding scale options. I provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.
I completed the National Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies CBT Training in 2024, Phase 1 Brainspotting Training in 2025, Phase 2 Brainspotting Training in 2026, and the Digging Roots: Brainspotting for Developmental Trauma Training in 2026.
