Hi, my name is Alyssa and I am a creative arts therapist with over 15 years of experience.

If you have been diagnosed with food allergies or are the caregiver to an individual diagnosed with food allergies, I recognize the impact that this diagnosis can have on multiple areas of you life, including your mental health.

As a caregiver myself to a child with multiple food allergies, I understand the complexity of navigating this space. Whether you are managing food allergies for yourself or someone you care about, food allergies can impact of your daily life in many ways.  I offer support, resources and a deep understanding as you navigate your unique food allergy journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected, and better equipped to take on challenges. I will also join you in fully celebrating the wins!
